    I beat the Rustboro gym leader but there isn't the old man outside of the gym that requested me to save someone in the cave. There is not only nobody in the cave but neither was there anyone outside of the cave. I saved the Devan (forgot other kids) already but can't seem to progress. Not sure if this is a bug or I'm just doing the story wrong since I watched some walkthroughs already.
