Thx for reply. So if i beat Nicola now and get manaphy and maybe i have the same problem again for example with Entei, so i can beat Nicola again and Entei too will respawn?

I was catching manaphy and game froze. I didnt defeat it so when i logged in again i hoped it was there but it was gone. What to do pls
