Hello mysteries, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced. First of all confirm that the downloaded version of the client came from official sources (Forum download links, Frontpage Download links and trusted mirrors) and check if your Firewall and Antivirus isn't blocking PRO (if yes, disable them for the Client), and also try to open with the option "Run as Administrator". Hello triggeredge, I use both Miles Spawn guide and Complete Pokedex guide to search every location for pokemons. As Einheria said, Honedge(Reward from Ravine Boss) and Skiddo(spawns in the 5th Sevii Island) aren't in those guides. Also to find the whole spawns for pokedex, search for it in Mew, Celebi and Jirachi guide. Hope I was able to help and have fun playing :) Locked as Solved

Hello Joyful and Parcho96, I am sorry about the inconvenience you both have experienced. As you can see in this topic, you can find some other reports about this issue. If the problem still persists, try to delete your PRO folder and re-download it, reply here with the results. Best of luck and hope I was able to help :)

Could you try to reset your router? Seems like that solution worked in the past. Also did you enter your Dashboard to see if any information regarding a ban is present there?

why does he wait the reboot of the server? when the player lose the connection with the server the server logiut that player automatically! Like it was said in my response this happens when the server doesnt properly log out the account, this isn't a normal thing to happen. The way to force the log out of the account would be [glow=red]Settings-Log Out[/glow], but most of the time people normally close the client/app to leave the game and originates this problem. Hello levian, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced, but like you can see here, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. Hope I was able to help and sorry about the inconvenience.

Hello IzzharBukhary, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, but unfortunatly, like it says here, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. Hope I was able to help.
