Hello again Meyline, I can understand how frustrating it is to experience what you have experienced but like it is said in this topic: Fortunatly, and like you mentioned aswell, you have the knowledge to prevent the temporary bag "crash" glitch. I have also noticed you have interest in the game if you feel like suggesting towards the game here, but make sure to read the Read before you suggest topic so you dont open a topic that is already posted there. Hello kimlongvietnam, as you can see in the top of this page: This topic is against it and this isn't the proper place to talk about it, you can access the Discipline Appeals subforum to talk about your ban, and you can check your Dashboard to see the duration of it. Furthermore, selling shiny pokemons isn't against any rule or baning it is a feature of the game. Hope I was able to help you. Locked since doesn't fit this subforum
  4. Hello EnragedPony, like SugarRed9 said, unfortunatly Umbreon is not able to learn Batton Pass in this game, the only way to get it with it would be teaching it while he is still a Eevee. Locked as Solved

[glow=red] Splited post and moved to proper place <i>[/glow]</i> Hello jnolopez, EV Reducing Berrys take 10 EVs and give 2 Happiness, you can increase happiness by leveling up (gives 5 happiness) or defeating other pokemons (gives 1 happiness), and be careful to your pokemon doesn't faint because it will make it lose 5 happiness, also, using a Soothe Bell as a held item will double the amount of Happiness gained while equiped. Hello Meyline, I am deeply sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced, unfortunatly the game isn't perfect yet and sometimes crashes happen, and the database didnt have time to record that pokemon, so it can't be recovered. I am really sorry, but the staff can't give pokemons in this situations, there were many times other people lost his pokemon or lost important battles due to some glitches or server crashes and we can't do anything towards it since there isn't confirmations and information in the database. You can force save your account's data in the database by loging out and to present the client crash (in the bag case), and like BBYung said, you can click on the bag regularly so the bag can be always updated in your client. Hope I was able to help and once again I am sorry about this incident.

  23. Hello andrelvamaral, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced. Unfortunately, as you can see in this link, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. Hope I was able to help you.
