Hello Shadpok. Most probably it was because of the internet, or some glitch that causes you to get stuck. For the last one, you can check the this page, and under common issues you will find: If the problem still is remains, it should be adressed as a NPC scripting error/bug, like JollyolNathan said, and it should be posted in the NPC & Scripting Bugs subforum. Answering to your second question: Like i said previously, this kind of issues should be posted in the NPC & Scripting Bugs subforum, you should also add screenshots of the interactions with the npcs. p.s.
