I don't think that's the case. In order for a company to DMCA strike a game like this, the game has to be breaking the law in some way (usually copyright mumbo jumbo or selling their intellectual property). Follow sprites and Pokemon mounts are highly requested features among most Pokemon fans. Whilst we are aware that Nintendo knows of this game's existence, I think it's a bit too extensive to say they copied features from us :p Welcome btw.

What visuals do you mean? Generation 7 Pokemon aren't released publicly for the most part, some are still a Work in Progress. If you have specific examples of what needs fixing, I can forward it to the Art team.

The quest starts in the Eumi Island theme park. I think it's better for you to experience the quest for yourself rather than someone telling you everything step by step. I'm sure the in-game Help Chat can help you if you get stuck anywhere. Good luck

Welcome. I wouldn't focus too hard on getting good IV Pokemon whilst you're still levelling for the story. It's more important to get those things complete so you have access to more areas in the late/ end-game.
