Hi, MOMOZIBANG! I'm sorry that you have experienced this issue. Have you tried battling someone? It should teleport you to a Poke Center if you lose the battle, and you would be unstuck. I hope it helps, and have fun playing!

Hey there, HummerSaurus. The pokemon Lampent evolves to Chandelure with a Dusk Stone. You should be able to use a dusk stone and the pokemon should evolve. I hope this helps, and good luck in game!
