Hi, like I get the prompt for learning the move but the move just doesnt go through. Do I really have to spend the 12k for the move? Or is there any other way

When I tried to make my rotom into any form the form goes through but I cant seem to learn any evolution moves. I tried multiple of times and for every form. Hope to get some help, thanks.

Hi, Its been 2 times in a roll where i get disconnected while versus Pewdie and Diepy. That is like around 100k lost of gold for me, whenever I fight them its extremely laggy compare to other bosses given the sample size of at least 20 times fought. I finish one guy and not even headed towards the door it pops up the message I shouldn't leave then it lags and somestimes it doesnt move, even had to relog sometimes. I thought you guys updated the boss where if you get disconnected you get it gets reroll back to the time before you fight boss. Also I got disconnected again while fighting Birch and it it didnt get rerolled and lost all my consecutive wins for both bosses. If the server keeps happening how are people suppose to do bosses or battle tower risk free? The cooldown is so long it should be a priority bug that you guys need to fix asap. As of right now im super paranoid that doing anything in pro thinking im gonna get disconnect and lose some of my progress. You guys should really fix everything before opening up the server for everyone.

IGN: Damarkojones Server: Silver Question: What are the exact percentages for pokemons tier 1 - 10? In a specific map are all areas equal percentages for encountering pokemons or are there different area on the map that some specific pokemons have higher encounter percentage (I notice this in forrest pit, seems like on the mountains tepig has a much higher encounter percentage)? What is the algorithm used for fishing pokemons, because fishing can encounter surf pokemon, just wondering how is the fishing numbers added to the normal encounter rate? Last question, before kyogre mount was obtainable in the PVE section, and kyogre mount actually has a huge impact because it even outspeed regular mounts by another 50%, shouldn't you guys make something that is equivalent to kyogre in the PVE section or at least have kyogre available for PVE again? I think it is extremely unfair for players that master in PVE and have the mount disadvantage just because they don't enjoy or participate in PVP. It still keeps on happening, I waited for like 5 minutes and the game just disconnects itself.

Whenever I encounter a rare pokemon (yes it only happens to rare pokemon) I use false swipe and then click on my item icon it usually freezes for a couple seconds to minutes before I can do anything on my pro screen. Sometimes the system just completely freezes and I have to shut off my pro. This is ridiculous the rarer the pokemon the bigger chance when I switch over to my item slot it freezes. Other than that my regular gameplay runs smoothly, why is this? As of today alone I missed 2 squirtle. I play on IOS, the screen just freezes like the image bellow (my mac is fine is only that game that stops working)
