Yesterday i made TWO posts on this but unfortunately i got no response. I Faced Kiochi for the 3rd time, yesterday. He gave me a hitmonchan as a prize, and i chose Pancham as my 3rd win Prize. Unfortunately i never recieved EITHER OF THEM. My boxes aren't full or close to being full. Any way i can get my Pokes?

So I just beat Kiochi in Saffron for the 3rd time. He awarded me a Hitmonchan, and I chose a Pancham as my reward but for some reason I never got them. I only have 43 boxes full, 44th still has space at the moment with plenty of other boxes left to be filled. Is there any way that I can get my rewards?
