u don't need ride bike to get inside.. but u must have a bike in ur inventory..

yes.. to get inside route 16 and 17 need bike.. confirmed by adm in game..

u need 146 from 150 kanto pokemon.. since the other 4 is 3 legendary bird and mewtwo.. 1-150 is kanto pokemon.. 151 is mew.. check ur dex..
