I'm trying to send a random battle request and i get the message saying "battle request sent to ..." but they dont get any pop-up and neitheir do I when they send me. We were both outside a pokecenter

imo the spawn sets shouldn't be the same twice in a row. Becomes frustating when people are expecting the spawns to change and then its the same set
