Hi all, VERY new to pvp. Ive played pro for quite awhile and only caught random pokes, a lot of good ones, but none that really sync well. Going through the recommended teams and what not there are a lot of good threads here. However, I am confused what gen PRO is? I downloaded pokemon showdown to get a bit of practice but am overwhelemed with all of the OU UU RU ugh so much stuff. I would like to practice in showdown with whatever the equivalent is to PRO. Any help or recommendations? THanks!

Good evening, While playing via a laptop for the first time I am stuck in chat. When trying to move, use a shortcut key 1-6 etc it is always typing in chat. While it does let me move when using wsad it is always typing in chat. This is very annoying. Relogging doesn’t help. For the scriptors or programmers, the “focus” is always in chat even when clicking off, opening a menu etc.

Hello all, I haven't played since right before Sinnoh was released. Job has moved me over 6000 miles from east to west to east coasts in the last year. Glad to be back. No idea what to expect or what is new. Just seeing we have to choose between Silver / Gold instead of going back to my Blue server has me excited. Don't know if I'll be on silver or gold yet as I can't figure out how to log back in (separate issue already posted in support). But can't wait to get it figured out! Good Evening, I haven't played since right before Sinnoh was released. I am unable to log in it says my password or username is incorrect. I am able to log into the forums like normal. Was everything reset? Or am I missing something? I do see I am no longer on blue server and there are Silver / Gold to choose from. Perhaps I have to switch to one of those outside of the game or something? Thanks!

Whats up all. I haven't played since the first week in June. Looking forward to all the changes and content additions. Question: I moved from east coast to west coast and the forum times are all incorrect. Not a huge deal but it bothers me that someone posts "now" but shows a timestamp of 7hrs ahead of me. Is there a way to change the time zone? I tried looking in user control panel and can't find any option to change it. Thanks.

What is your issue with only being allowed 1 account? Because you want to be rewarded consistently? I view it like a tournament. You can only enter one time. You can't enter the same tournament with multiple teams. Why? So one team or one person doesn't monopolize the rewards. The intent is to [highlight=yellow]reward the top 25 pvp players. Not the top 5[/highlight] with multiple accounts. All i see arguing this is greed and people needing their ego stroked by getting multiple accounts into the top 25. Allowing multiple accounts will discourage pvp players and take the competitiveness away from anyone other than the top people. So instead of competing to reach the top 25 someone is actually having to reach top 10 essentially to even be rewarded. This is a needed rule and there is no way they are going to remove it.

I agree with OP. After putting 600hrs in the two months I have played (yes i know not nearly as much as others overtime, but still a ton in 2 months none the less) I find myself bored and annoyed with hunting. The vast majority of that 600hrs is farming pokemon and 2hrs without nothing is....nothing. 600hrs and I have common shinies and literally only 1 pokemon to be proud of. I got said pokemon from a boss reward and not even from hunting. Three purchased 24hr safari passes where I spent 16hrs each day farming an h.a. fletch and not a single one. Between not being able to find a guild because I don't pvp much and rewardless 16hr hunting days, I just feel extremely discouraged and don't even have the will to login as of recently.

As I understand, that feature is available to help mods lock threads quicker and save players time by not clicking on threads that are already done etc etc. I would appreciate an update whenever available. I want to know if I am doing something wrong when I create the thread or when I am trying to mark them.

There have been numerous posts about this already. Please spend 5 seconds to look for an answer before creating the 9th thread about it. It would save not only your time, but staff's that are trying to keep up locking the 5000th thread about the same issue. Its a known issue. Wait it out.

My trainer on Red Server is doing the same; however, not on blue. Seems like a server side issue effecting everyone. I am sure they will have it fixed soon.

Hello, I am wondering why my threads don't have the option to mark as sold / traded. For instance: this thread Coins & Items - Blue I created doesn't give me the option to mark as [Traded]. However, this identical thread, just posted on red instead of blue Coins & Items - Red did give me the option. Also, this thread Selling Pokes doesn't give me the option. Finally, this very thread gives me the option to [Lock Topic] but none of the others do.

Hello, While on my alternate character [Meikko on Red Server] on SS Anne 1F Room7, I was fighting the NPC Kiroro. During the fight [ my Geodude vs his Machamp] I used Dig and his Machamp used Revenge. Both times the moves were used Revenge hit my Geodude during the invulnerable phase of Dig. I did search current bugged moves thread as well as the update logs and couldn't find anything stating the move was not working as intended. Should Revenge be hitting Pokemon in the invulnerable stage of Dig? Edit: Fisherman Mike in SS Anne 1f Room1, missed Revenge when Geodude was invulnerable. Weird.
