Hello tommo433 I'm sorry for your inconvenience. I'm also playing on Mac and I had this issue last time I downloaded the client. You must try to follow this guide, it might helps you. Also, try to re-download a fresh client and don't forget to completely clean your computer from the last version. Last time I had this issue, I just restarted my Mac, tried to start the game few times and it worked... Feel free to ask if you need further assistance :Grin:
