I made it on purpose so it costs you only 2k to replace a move, compared to other methods that are 3-7 times more expensive. Move Relearner is located at Cerulean/Saffron in Kanto, Goldenrod/Blackthorn in Johto, Staleport/Sootopolis in Hoenn, Hearthome/Sunyshore in Sinnoh. You can look at the current PvP meta/usage of your server in the pinned messages of top25-pvp-chat on PRO's Discord, also some sample teams in teambuild-archive. 371 Pokémon Spoiler Pricing: 10k/day 7 days gives a 10% discount. 15 days gives a 15% discount. 30 days gives a 25% discount.
