It provides better XP than Cerulean Cave, but is less used because it's high requirements to enter and isnt as efficient to travel to because CC is much better. Adding a Nurse Joy at the same price as the one in CC would eliminate the need to travel to Pokecenter, just like in CC. im there all the time when i have to train hard Pokemons but i never saw some one there so i think its not needed.

true, but you still have the risk to be scammed or have players being uncomfortable doing this, and will ask to do 5 RC per trade ... like the Forum Title saids... for a better trade, it would be better to have this kind of trading systeam, is more practical no you cant get scammed if you screen everything he gets banned and a mod gives your stuff back.

Pokemon naming wont happend because people will be offensiv and racist with there names and spam them in chats. Naming your own boxes why you can Sort them after the box Number or just look with the name after the Pokemon.
