Add ranked ubers tier to pvp because it would be really fun and let you actually get to USE your banned legendary and banned pokemon/megas somewhere. There does not need to be ladder rewards so it doesn't change economy or anything. Without a place to use these pokemon besides bossing which there is also no point really, they just sit in the PC forever. Also add more legendary pokemon like deoxy, rayquaza, kyogre, etc.
