  2. hello, I believe there is no way to choose the other name at this time. You will keep the name from the account you choose to merge everything too. There was a name change forum open but I believe that was a limited option. This is from what I remember. Good luck!

  7. Hello, Are you on a phone or PC? Make sure all of your software and drivers are up to date first of all. It looks like you're logging in with the account here so it is an issue of the client not logging in alone? Maybe try a different device if that does not help to see if it is your device causing an issue. Good luck and reply to this and let me know how if it helps :)

  10. Hello, Did you previously have another account? The server recently merge and you need to log into the dashboard and merge the accounts there if you had 2 associated to an email. https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ You are only allowed 1 account to an email now for new registrations. Maybe this is causing your problem? Good luck!
  11. Hello again, glad to hear you got into the account at least Maybe give some time and check again see if it take a bit for the new password to register? Make sure you are using the right information for the account you want to log into. Try reenter all passwords and make sure caps are off and all that. If you still have trouble then maybe need further help after that. Good luck!
  12. Hello, You must click forgot password and then you can recover and change the password through your email. It should then let you log into the dashboard if you were just using the incorrect password. Hope that helps and good luck!
