Hello friend Tthe game saves automatically generally I'm not sure what would be the issue here. Unless the game was rolled back a few minutes by the devs and it put you back then. That will occasionally happen. If it is a continuous problem that happens all the time it maybe something else. Hope this helps, have a good day.

Hello friend There are move relearners satationed around the game that can reteach a pokemon any move it learned the the past. :) You may notice one in Kanto in Saffrom by the pokemon center. Hope this helped and have a good day.

Hello friend Did you choose the right account to merge? Are there pokes in your pokedex you just did not have access too because you pick wrong acc to merge and story was not done to access them? Or are they actually all gone? Also maybe you had accidentally chose to keep your 2 accounts separate? Hope this helps good luck

Hello friend Red and Blue were merge to silver. Gold was never merge just yellow was turn into gold server. Otherwise you can try reset your password and then log in. If you had accounts merged to silver you should have a merge option in the dashboard. Hope it helps and have a good day.

Hello friend I have had the same experience where it took around 15 minutes for the game to end because opponent disconnected/timed out and the game freeze. If you can still type and are not the one disconnected it will not disconnect you if you keep taking actions. The problem is when you let yourself stay afk and you dc too. Just keep yourself connected until the game times out until they solve the issue. Hope this helps and have a good day.

Hello friend They are currently in works implementing all of the rest of the gen 7 pokes, abilities and moves. Soon they will add in islands for guilds which will be really interesting! Otherwise we have until sinnoh to explore. There are many new quests and small side areas to explore. You will also notice you get coins for playing PvP matches that can be used for items. The natures are random each battle from what I understand. So they are different for each boss each time you fight them.

Maybe try a different device if able? You'd just have to use it the 1 time to merge the acc. Seems like an issue with the device. Good luck :)

Hello friend. Red and blue recently became 1 server together known as silver now. First did you merge your accounts through the dashboard here? Make sure you choose account u want to play if u have not. https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/

There is no way to go back and choose other acc at this time. Maybe in future they may have option but for now all you can do is play that account. Sorry and hope it helps. Have a good day :)

It's probably just small optimization issues on the game. I notice after this recent update everything seems much quicker.

At this time there is no way to undo if you chose the wrong server. They may have something in future but not right now. You will just have to play with the account you chose. Sorry for troubles and good luck. :)
