I'm sorry it didn't work :( Make sure and double check the username you log in with. Check the capital letters etc. If you did make a 2nd account on the same email for someone else maybe you need to try and log into the other acc on the dashboard instead if you still have access? Then you can merge them that way into the one or choose to leave separate accounts. If they share email it may put priority on the other account for some reason I'm thinking. Good luck :)

Hello, This is ongoing issue for many players. The only thing you can do if you get stuck is to log out and back in and to resync the server that way for now. Hopefully they have it fixed soon though!. Good luck :)

Hello, As of right now there is no fix for this. When you merge account it had warning messages to pick the correct account. For now there will not be much that can be done as there is no reversing it currently. Have a good day. :)
