  1. I don't think this will occur due to one specific reason.

     

    Account deletions are hard on the server as it's not something modular where you can take one thing out and not have anything falling apart.

    It's the reason why name changes are expensive. Just like account deletions. name changes are also hard on the server. You need to be reminded that it's not just only your name being changed, but your Pokemon and data that affects you and other users.

     

    There also the many other underlying factors as well, but I feel the points above are mainly the major.

    I would recommend making a report against the user via the Report Center so a Trade Moderator can assist you in returning your Scyther.

     

    Seeing I know you are a Gold Server player, I recommend following the link below and clicking "Start New Topic".  After doing so, explain with the user information of who taken your Scyther and wait patiently for a Trade Moderator to response to your inquiry.

    You can be able to change your name via the Account Dashboard for PRO provided below.

    The name change process goes by request which is approved by the game staff.  Though there is the following points you must acknowledge though before making a request.

     

    Quote
    • You must have 500 coins when requesting the username.
    • While the request is pending, the coins will be removed.
    • If your request is denied, the coins will be returned.
    • The name change process might take up to 48 hours.

    Seeing I haven't seen a staff member post here yet, I wanted to provide my two cents on this inquiry.

    Please do keep in mind when it comes to Account Services, they fall in a grey area in which it still involves selling a good in PRO Infrastructure if you have reviewed the rules below.

    If the account service involved any selling of an internal infrastructural good with real world currency (external means), it would fall under RMT and would be against the rules which is provided below. The rules clearly make the point of what is allowed and what isn't allowed.

    4. Real Money/ World Trading is strictly prohibited and all accounts involved will receive a permanent ban if done.
    This includes, but is not limited to:

    Buying or selling anything in PRO for money or goods in real life.

    Though keep in mind, account services as I stated prior, fall under a grey area. To begin with, staff provided the recommendation to do the following as these services are considered account sharing.

    Account sharing isn't recommended but allowed none the less.

    • The account owner will be held accountable for any infraction committed on the account.
    • Accounts shared with you do not count as one of your 4 accounts unless you are given full ownership of said account.
    • We do not offer support in proxy cases where you are banned due to connections to another user. Your IP and device are your responsibility.

     

     

    And seeing you are giving the users authorization to enter your account, you are responsible for any actions done that may negatively affect your account.

     

    Also, regarding the ownership of property when it comes to your account, please refer to PRO's Terms and Conditions.

    Hello everyone. The main purpose of this post is to inform the community about the rules and their possible corresponding infractions.

    To reduce the amount of workaround and abuse, the duration of each punishment and severity level has been hidden. This will remain in staff.

    It is good to note that staff are properly trained and do not issue punishments without valid evidence.

     

    In the event of a user breaking the rules listed below, you can report them in the Discord Hub.

    If you are banned, you are able to create an appeal in order to possibly regain access to the Discord Server.

    If you do not know why you are banned, you are permitted to ask about it in your appeal.

    You may bump your thread every 24 hours. Forum Spam will be punished based on our Punishment Policy.

    Complaints on Discord Staff may also be raised in our Discord Hub.

    Severity Levels
    : A method that Discord Staff use to help categorize the severity of various infractions.

    Warnings
    : May be given verbally or through Dyno. This serves as a reminder of our rules.

    Mute
    : Blocks the infringing user from talking in public channels for a specified time.

    Kick
    : Boots the specified user from the server.

    Ban
    : Permanently bans the specified user from logging in to the server.

      PUNISHMENTS: Permanent Ban

     

     

    IMPORTANT: If deemed necessary by staff, a user may be punished in-game for their actions on the Official Discord Server.

    This may result to Mute Bans, Trade Bans, and Permanent Bans.

  7. Q: I accidentally chose the wrong main server and now all my gym badges are missing!

    A: At the moment, there is nothing we can do for you; as stated in the merge option, This action cannot be undone. This is why we added a confirmation box to ensure that players would select their proper server. However, staff is looking into this to see if there is anything we can do for you; in the worst case scenario, you will need to do your story quest over again, but you should have kept your Pokemon and items.

     

    Not sure if the staff can possibly do anything as stated in the FAQ, but I recommend try getting in contact with one through the right channels.
