  1. Make sure to remove your previous client before installing the new one. If not, that error will occur. Let me know if you still get that issue. I'll try my best to help you out.
  2. Have you tried using an Escape Rope if you don't mind me asking? Could possibly solve the issue without the need of staff intervention.

  5. I am assuming there an API but it's private seeing if there wasn't one, the Reborn Discord Bot wouldn't exist. I recommend going through the right parties like @Eaty or the Team Revolution Management Team.
  6. @Letrix, I think I understand what @SViper is bringing up. There are two ways of access. Going to the forums with the www. ("www.pokemonrevolution...") and without it ("https://pokemonrevolut....") It seems like if you are logged into one, when accessing the other domain link, your login session isn't carried over so you have to keep re-logging. Maybe different login cookies for both site? Probably should get either you or @Shaui to look into this

  8. 1: Why did they reset the players? They never did database reset for all players. There was a merge though! As I answered in your previous question, there wasn't a reset. But I do believe you may have accidentally reset your progress when merging your account. You may want to honestly get in touch with a staff member, but as far as I know, account merging is final.

  13. It's server based only. If you wish to get Membership on Gold, you must buy a separate medallion for that server. Honestly if it was account based, would have been awesome, but sadly it's not. Maybe you can try making a suggestion of it on the suggestion board, but the chance of that occurring of Management changing the current Membership setup is quite slim.   16. There no such thing as a Blue Server any more. Both Red and Blue Server has been merged into one server called Silver. Please follow the FAQ as stickied by our Contributors.   17. @Shadybiscuit Well in Route 1, Shinx can be catched there as an MS Spawn, but the rate of chance is pretty high. The only thing I can say is either be patient and hunt or wait till you get far in the game with other regions to catch one. Honestly wish you the best of luck. Also Welcome to PRO as well o/
  18. Check your connection? Restart your PC? I doubt it related to anything due to a merge due to it's relating to Gold, or if you tried doing a server swap, then probably you'll need to check in with an administrator. Gold Server is down. Wait till an administrator brings it back online again.
  19. I wouldn't recommend a 4G connection to play PRO as the game does use data. Specifically for accessing each map though the game. I recommend using a WIFI connection.
  20. You probably should read the dashboard carefully. Your account was banned and the reason is shown below under your account status as well as above this sentence.   22. Lets just start from square one guys. @WiseRobot @Knightshade7, go to the Account Dashboard and request a password change. (Don't login in to the dashboard). https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/reset_pass.php After resetting, try logging in. Hopefully the database will update the passwords successfully (seeing you successfully already merged your accounts) and let you login.   23. From looking at the crash log, have your tried playing the game from a different place instead of the actual hard drive directory or run the game as an administrator. Could be permissions causing the Unity Driver to cause an Access Violation as stated in the crash log.
