Heya, if I recall correctly, you have to find two computers to solve the quest. The first one should be among the eight computers where you have to battle everyone in front of the computer to check it. The other computer that you have to find is either the one with Jesse or James from Team Rocket. If I'm not wrong, it's random for everyone. Check out this guide to know where Jessie is located. Hi, are you sure that it got lost due to rollback? Make sure to check with pokemon in the pc as well. Or maybe you might have accidentally traded it to someone else and you forgot about it. Yes, evolved pokemon took much more experience to level up and grinding will be longer. But, for some pokemon like Happiny, Chansey and Blissey, where in their evolution line, all of them need the same amount of exp to level up. So, it doesn't matter if you evolve them early or not. In the end, It's up to you really. If you don't mind grinding, just evolved it earlier. Have a good day!

Check the server on your android client. Usually red is the default server. Make sure that you choose the right one.

Only CS team can help you as they will need to fix some variables and requires you to be online at the same time. So, it's recommended for you to join PRO Discord server and post on the #support channel to coordinate a time to log in-game simultaneously and ultimately fix your user variables.

Can you try to do this: Use F2 > a console should appear > type clearmaps > use Enter Then restart your client Do check your firewall or antivirus as well and make sure it doesn't blocking your connection. Make sure to run PRO as administrator.

I feel bad for you but I don't think staffs can recover it back to you. It's a well-known bug with this bag freeze issue. To avoid it, you should open your bag every 10-15 minutes when you're hunting something. You can buy one from PVP shop for 10 PVP coins or give it a shot at Bug Catching Contest.

As quoted from what Calahan posted here, you should just be patient. Staffs can and will be able to retrieve it for you. Just wait for a while. You don't have to spam it multiple times.
