First try to use another way to unzip the game (if you used 7zip try to use winrar next, and vice versa) and if you have antivirus on, try turning it off before extracting it. If it doesn't work, maybe you can try to redownload the game again after turning off the antivirus.

First, you have to extract it using winrar to be able to play it. Second, your folder should look like this after it was extracted. Try to run it as Administrator and it should works.

It's not a bug. If you dc-ed during a battle, you will be sent to your last visited PC.

It's not egg moves, but pre-evolution move tutor. You need to unlock daycare by beating Naero and you can recover lost moves for 10,000 per move. More information about it here.

Well said. But one another thing OP should know is that PRO is a live beta in which you acknowledge that bugs can cause you to lose things when you play it. So no need to get mad at this kind of stuff. If you found any bugs, just report it and if something can be done about it, I'm pretty sure dev team will fix it. And not to mention, they might already have other plans or priority set for this game so imo this kind of bug, which is only affecting one pokemon and it is not even used in pvp, for sure will not be getting a fix in the closest time.
