I have the same problem, error monitor resolution

someone can help me, I downloaded the new client but when I try to open it I get error monitor resolution that I already change all resolutions but still with that error.

I went to love island then had to leave back to vermillion i when I returned to the sailor he did his normal do u love kanto pokemon bit but the strangest thing happened he didn't ask for 120 he merely said nope you dont have enough love and refuses to take me back to love island.
