I did these but still can not log in

I was playing today but i got dc from pvp and then everything went wrong and i can not log in after that

My client is updated today i was playying pro . But suddenly i dc and can not more log in

The last update was not today right ?

I can not log in to my silver account though I am sure about the stability if my internet connection I am not banned all what it says is " can not connect to server " .
