It would be a combination of luck, time, money and friendship (gifts). Plus there is no reward for being 1st on the list except for bragging rights so finding them or buying them doesn't really make a major difference does it, like I said before it's just something for players who don't battle to focus on :)

Why for luckiest players, shiny pokes can be traded right

This idea has nothing to do with battling at all, this is an idea for the non pvp community

No not just rare pokes, all pokes, this kind of idea will make all those trash shinies so much more desirable. All shiny pokes will be valuable to someone instead of just rotting in a PC.

I think it would be a good idea to see a ladder for each server for the top 25 players with the most individual shiny Pokemon, I think for players who collect them it will be a nice way to be the best at something. As far as I can see there is a ladder for top guilds top pvp-ers and most hours which is cool but I think a ladder for the most shinies could be a good way of adding another element of competition to the non PvP community.

We got a 20 minute and 10 minute warning before the maintenace happened, It doesn't normaly take to long before it comes back online.

I was in olivine city and in the house next to the poke center there is an old man NPC selling Iron Tail for 15k, in the same city there is an officer NPC also selling Iron Tail for 15k. Niether of the NPC are selling the TM they are both selling Iron Tail as a tutor service.

l always find Seafoam island BF4 to be a good spot :)
