So, I finnished all the gym battles in johto with 5 pokemons at level 90, but now I want to evolve my Houndour, which is level 68, to the same level as the others, but in Dragon's Den, he faints a lot, is there any other good place to lvl up him, in the other region, instead of Dragon's den?

So, I am on a hunt to catch Abra, but everytime I encounter him, he escapes, no matter what. After that, I catched a Gastly and evolved it to outspeed his Teleport.
