It is possible to learn ice punch via move tutor, however you need a pokemon with rock climb to get access to the move tutor for the punch moves at route 41

Hello Charletta, did you check if your antivirus makes an exception on PRO? Also what Client do you use. Post your Computer specs here please. Another thing you can do is to try start it as administrator.

Hello, PRO encounters problems with sending the activation emails to some providers, yahoo is one of those providers. Try to register an account with a gmail account.

As much as i know, the ice punch move tutor is on route 43. you need rock climb in order to reach that Tutor.

Also if you did the Quest and got your fly hm, you should be able to use the subway system in regions you are champion (requires kanto/johto e4 defeated to unlock). Subway system costs: 2,500 $

Hi Chazzkaiba, your problem sounds like you lost to Jackson in the school and now can't refight thim. If you lost to jackson, go back to pallet town and talk with his mother, after that enter the school again and interact with jackson/jacksons mother)
