Hello there, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience; Could you elaborate about your issue? What error do you get? Do you still have the .dll file, or it doesn't extract/deletes itself? Which OS are you playing on? Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet! Otherwise: Have you tried these following steps, already, from the Read this before making a General Support topic ? I'm looking forward for your answer; until then, I wish you a good day :Grin:

It doesn't make Suicune respawn, but restore the seen-data; have you tried talking to Scientist Rey again, after Oak's PC? Does he still ask the seen data? Actually, the Reroll Ticket item is usable for both IVs or Nature already :Smile: You can reroll only once with each ticket, and it's totally random: you can get worse IVs, and cannot lock any ‒ or can get the same nature after reroll, if you choose this. Reminder that you can use your reroll ticket at Psychic Marina, at Vermilion City, Kanto: Good luck with your legendaries, and have a great day :Shy: -

Hello there! Yes, we used to have a postimg thingy to upload pictures, but it was terrible. When pictures were visible at all, they were blurry, at best. :D: Therefore, we removed it. The most reliable source that I'm aware of, so far, is imgur, and you can follow the How to post images on the forum guide to have the most detailed way of using it :Angel: -
Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience; Unfortunately, what's stated in the Read this before making General Support topic, and quoted in [mention]Carlito2[/mention]'s answer, is the final answer; nothing can be done. :D: If you want the details, take a look at the link provided in the aforementioned answer: Hit by a rollback? [margin]12[/margin]TL;DR: You lost your pokemon as its ID didn't get the time to save before the crash, so it technically never existed; we also have no mean to prove that you encountered it, therefore it cannot be restored. The way to avoid such annoyance in the future is, as [mention]GhostMaster[/mention] mentioned, to relog regularly once the pokemon is caught, force-saving its data, meaning it won't be able to rollback if a crash occurs. :Grin: Once again, we're sorry for your inconvenience; I wish you a good day, and happy holidays! - [glow=lightgreen]Locked as solved[/glow] -
