    Second of all: let's keep in mind that PRO is a fanmade game, PRO Staff are volunteers, working out of passion and free will, on their free time, and are not obliged to fulfill all your requests.
     
    We are happy to take into consideration constructive suggestions, complaints and criticism in their respective areas. Things that open dialogue, bring options, in order to make the game grow. In order to do so, intern discussions are needed; rushing things have never led to anything good, and this suggestion is barely two days old. It is nothing in term of time required to discuss, brainstorm, take a final decision and start working on it -if even accepted in the first place-, especially given the suggestion in itself being a huge addition. Multiple things would need to be thought through, and articulated properly around it.
    As you can read in the "Read this before making a Suggestion" sticky thread:
    Making more Legendaries Obtainable
    The Content Team has already implemented a way of expanding the pool of Legendaries that are catchable for players, but the details and fine-tuning of the implementation are still needed before its release into the public.

     

     

    We have multiple things already in the works, not everything can be divulged yet, some have higher priority, some can only be done by a few people. Attacking some of us personally will not help, in any way. Thank you for your comprehension.

  2. Recently the ability trace was coded, however I dont think it works perfectly.

    I was informed that trace works wether the pokemon using trace initiates or switches in the battle, but it only works when it initiates. I have a trace gardevoir mostly for dealing with rain teams, but when I switch it in, it doesn't get the enemy pokemon's ability (example ; kingdra's swift swim). I thought maybe it was a one time bug but I've lost enough battles trying to figure out why trace doesn't work on switch in.

    Could this be looked into? trace is an amazing ability with potential but it doesn't work right.

    Hi there,

    Would you have a more accurate context in which you would have experienced Trace to not be working? We've tested it with Eaty and it appears to be working as intended, both as lead and on switch, both in PvP and wild battles. But in case it would be a conflict, somehow, in a very particular situation, do you remember more about these times it wouldn't have worked upon switch for you?

  3. I still can not log in server silver after doing like you said . It usually only took me 2 or 3 seconds for me to log in back in the days but now the "Logging in" message just appear as quickly as usual but then fade away and it's not likely that waiting for a few minutes would do the trick . I tried typing in the wrong username then log in gold server and it said "invalid username" meanwhile the "logging in" message still appeared even with that wrong username when I log in silver server .

    Alright. Could you try logging on the Dashboard and change your password, then try logging in on Silver again?

    Don't forget to finalize the changing password process via the mail you will receive

  4. Thanks for your response but I just tried to log in and it seems that nothing has changed . I still get stuck at the message "Logging in" . I'm getting so desperate now ...

    Could you try logging on Gold, use F2 key, type in "Clearmaps" then hit Enter and restart your game client and try to log on Silver again?

    Otherwise, how long do you usually wait after the "Logging in" prompt? It may take a few minutes

    This is likely another issue; do you get a "Invalid password" error? If so, please follow this step from the Common Merge Error FAQ thread:

    Q: I've already merged both my Red and Blue account but I'm still getting an "Invalid Password" error! What do I do?!

    A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical.

  5. The game seemed to be more laggy than usual since a few days ago and often take me a while to log in successfully . However , today after many attempts I just can't log in despite having tried all methods like restart the pc and re-install the game . I always get stuck at the moment the "logging in" message appears and then fade away moments later . Meanwhile , I can log in gold server just fine . Please help me .

The machop will be holding a macho brace. After completing this trade, you can buy macho braces from him if you misplace yours.

     

    There’s a move buffett here by the game corner. You can relearn old moves here.

     

    In front of the Radio Tower you will notice that there is a police officer and Whitney the Goldenrod City Gym leader! Upon talking to them, you are informed that the Police Officer needs your help with an investigation. He needs you to go to the Goldenrod City Underground to find the Radio Station Manager. Whitney refuses to go back to her gym until this matter is solved.

     

    In the underground, there a few trainers to fight. As well as a few items laying around.

     

    Then talk to the Radio Station Manager. He won’t let you enter that room for some reason.

     

    After talking to the Radio Station Manager, head back to the officer and report your findings.

    Then he asks you to go speak to Michael the dept store manager at his house.

     

    Michael then gives you a key. He tells you to deliver a Fresh Water to the guard and have a Pokémon that knows sleep powder in order to knock the guard out in the Department Store basement.

     

    You can get Fresh Water from the vending machine at the top floor of the Goldenrod Dept Store. And as for Sleep Powder you can get an oddish or evolve a caterpie into a butterfree and train one of those two mons to learn it :)

    After acquiring both, you may now head to the basement to subdue the guard!

     

    Then proceed down to the warehouse. There are Pokemon trapped in the crates, and you must free them all! You must also avoid the Team Rocket Members or else you will have to restart the maze.

     

    After passing the maze you will come to a room with a lot of switches and doors. After figuring out the puzzle, you will meet the station manager at the end.

     

    After defeating the station manager, talk to the police officer and Whitney at the front of the radio tower and she will go back to her gym so you can challenge her!

    Whitney uses normal type pokemon, so a fighting type pokemon would be really effective vs her! I recommend being level 35 pokemon. Whitney's team:

    You can also now learn covet for $10,000 from the guy by the gym entrance!

  7. All the staff guides are not showing images anymore. What happened?

    The issue lies within the fact that Imgur made some changes, recently, making the way most guides used to display images completely inefficient -as you've noticed.

     

    We are slowly working on restoring them, which implies hosting each image manually on other sites than imgur and replacing every direct image link; it takes a lot of time, I'm sure you can tell, but it will be fixed eventually.

    In the meantime, I am able to assist you: may I ask which guide you tried looking assistance in, leading you to notice this issue?

  8. Hi! I don't know if this is going to get it back because you'll probably think I'm lying to get items. But I'll try. I was in a trade and I was mailing team aqua clothes to my friend rayohsheep. While I was typing his name a huge lag spike hit and I clicked to type and it sent. And I lost 2k and my precious team aqua clothes. If somebody can could you help me get then back? That would be great thanks.

    However, you do not appear to have ever owned Team Aqua Clothes. You however do appear to have sent a mail to "Mail" containing your Summer Clothes B-R.

    I will contact the Administration team regarding this, and will get back to you with the outcome. In the future, please make sure to not mix up the Mail Title with the Username. You can find a guide on Mail Boxes following this link.

    Yes, you can. You can use the following command:

    • /friend <username> | /fri <username>
      • Usage: Sends a friend request to <username>.
        Using the command on a friend who is online will remove <username> from your friend's list.

    You can find a list of All Available Commands following this link. Please note that the user needs to be online for you to add them to your friend list.

     

    You can also click on them, or their name in chat, and use the "Friend/Unfriend" option, although on smaller screens it may be wiser to use the aforementioned command to avoid hitting another option on that list instead.

    I wanted to use the focus sash trick to level my marill up.

    I false swiped graveler till 1 hp then let my farfetch d die. After that i put in marill with focus sash

    Here is the deal, normally marill would survive and deal 1 dmg done.

    Now graveler uses explosion and marill instant dies and focus sash stays in pokemon hold window. I asked in all chat some info and normally marill would survive.

    In other words focus sash did not activate.

     

    edit after a battle with quaqsire it worked. so i am guessing it is because the move is selfdestruct like or because its graveler.

    Unfortunately, the issue is known but hasn't been fixed yet. You can find the similar move Explosion listed in the PvP Rules thread's list of bugged moves:

    • This category is for moves, abilities & items that are not working as intended but does not makes a player take a loss, nor has a significant impact in PvP.

      Explosion- can KO enemy user if they have Sturdy or Focus Sash.

     

     

    There is no ETA on when it would be fixed. Keep an eye on the Downloads & Update Logs and/or the official PRO Discord server's announcements channel to be informed of it, as it is where such update would be announced.

  14. How come all the record were lost after changing server from blue to gold

    Since your progress was on Blue server and that it has merged with Red server, it will now be on Silver server. Moreover, Gold server is simply a rename of the server formerly known as Yellow.

    Hi there, and sorry for your inconvenience.

    This is an issue happening due to the merge; pokémon from other regions that should be locked in your PC since you haven't finished the region you are currently in are thus locked in your party instead.

    It is easily fixable, but I will need you to log out from in-game in order to do so. Tell me once done so I can proceed to move them to the last slots of your PC Storage :)

    Hit by a Cannot connect to server message

    Follow these steps and you will be fine:

    1. Check your

     

    2. Please confirm that the server is online via the official server status link here:

    Sometimes, the server can go down, but the website can show it as being online. Please be patient and try to use the F5 button again.

     

    3- Please make sure your e-mail is confirmed, as you can login in forum without a confirmation, but you need it in-game.

     

    4- Always make sure your client is up to date! You must download a new client each time when a new update is released:
    (delete the old client before extracting the new one). You will be given a prompt before logging in ( "Out of date version") if your downloaded client is not updated

     

    5- If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it and try again.
    Please read carefully step 2 before you read this step. Almost most cases for "cannot connect to server" prompt is the server being down.

     

    If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box. It happens when having many people join in server, so try to restart your client and try again. It can take 3-5 times for the queue to be shown.

     

    If you are receiving a “server locked” prompt, then that means that the server has been locked by an Administrator and a server maintenance is imminent. So follow step 2 and wait for the server reboot to be done.

     

    6- If after loading up the launcher (and after when you press the "login" button) the message "connecting to server" appears and afterwards the screen freezes and nothing happens you will need to completely close the client and open it again (it can happen 3-5 times).
    Also always check if the server is down!

  17. I think there is a Bugs in my account trying to move Pikachu and Jigglypuff into the PC-Pokemon Storage but it didn't let me and I can't replace them with the other Pokemon as well. thanks

    This is an issue that happens due to the merge between Red and Blue servers into Silver server. I have moved your Kanto Pokémon in the last slots of your PC storage, you will be able to pick them up again once you get the 8th Hoenn badge.

     

    In the future, please use the General Support area for such request, as the Discipline Appeals area is for appealing for a ban.

  19. Hey, i learned the evolve trick from this video and decided to use it since i didnt have anyone to trade with, however it did not work in my favor when i tried to evolve my poliwhirl into a politoed (it evolved to poliwrath instead QQ despite being in hold of a kings rock).

    Is this how the trick is soposed to work or is this a bug? If its a bug can i get my poliwrath gender-bent into politoed?

    Given that this is a bug abuse, I've edited your original post to remove said video. Trades between players and trade evolutions are a thing that suit well the MMO part of PRO, we thus have no intention to remove that aspect from the game.

    Moreover, this will also be the reason why we won't assist you on that matter, not to mention that we don't offer to de-evolve Pokémon in other situations either.

    • We can assist in
    Evolving and De-leveling Pokémon: you could have posted in this megathread for a staff to help you trade evolve once available.

     

    You could have traded with basically anyone else. You can ask in chats in-game, on the Official Discord, or the aforementioned topic.

    • Reminder to always take proper evidence when trading with players, though. As defined in the
    Trade Rules:
    A deal is done once both price and location of the trade are agreed upon.
    And advised by the How to Report guideline:
    Take and provide screenshots of the FULL trade-related conversation held with the player you're trading with and the actual trade happening before pressing "Accept".

     

    If you need to report someone for stealing from you while attempting a trade evo (or any other rule break), the Report Center would be where you would want to post about it.

Hello, I've played PRO in 2016 i guess, not quite sure, but I even participated in events like halloween event etc. But now, that I came back to play PRO, there is some new things happening like merging accounts and etc... I've merged my account but when I try to login in the silver serve, there is no success, appear the message "invalid username/password" but if I try login in the gold serve it's normal... Sorry for my poor english, but can someone help me? :(

    I just merged my red and blue server accounts from about 2 years ago, and when I logged in I found myself unable to move Pokemon from my Party to my PC and vice versa. Before I had stopped playing I had just made it to Johto, and so I think that the Kanto Pokemon from my other account was merged and now can't be moved. Anyone able to assist with this problem?

    Hi there,

    I have removed all the Kanto Pokémon from your party, is only left your Quilava. They have been moved to the last slots of your PC storage, and you should now be able to use the storage normally.
