    About your issue, I'm afraid that you will have to do the whole Elite Four again. :/

    If the disconnection was due to a crash or your net dropping (and it seems to be your connection, given that there is a 5 minutes gap between your local time when you screenshotted, and the last message in what seemed to be an active Help chat), nothing can be done on our end, unfortunately, as crashes are unexpected, and as stated in "Read this before making a General Support topic":

    Lost by crash issues

    Including disconnections and rollbacks

    Same problem here, I was just about to heal my team at the center. Since this I can't log into the game on PC or android.

    Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience;

    You must have tried to log in-game while your server was down; as mentioned in the Read this before making a General Support topic:

    Hit by a Cannot connect to server message

    Follow these steps and you will be fine:

    1. Check your requirements.

     

    2. Please confirm that the server is online via the official server status link here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/status.php

    Sometimes, the server can go down, but the website can show it as being online. Please be patient and try to use the F5 button again.

     

    3- Please make sure your e-mail is confirmed, as you can login in forum without a confirmation, but you need it in-game.

     

    4- Always make sure your client is up to date! You must download a new client each time when a new update is released: Downloads page (delete the old client before extracting the new one). You will be given a prompt before logging in ( "Out of date version") if your downloaded client is not updated

     

    5- If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it and try again. Please read carefully step 2 before you read this step. Almost most cases for "cannot connect to server" prompt is the server being down.

     

    If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box. It happens when having many people join in server, so try to restart your client and try again. It can take 3-5 times for the queue to be shown.

     

    If you are receiving a “server locked” prompt, then that means that the server has been locked by an Administrator and a server maintenance is imminent. So follow step 2 and wait for the server reboot to be done.

     

    6- If after loading up the launcher (and after when you press the "login" button) the message "connecting to server" appears and afterwards the screen freezes and nothing happens you will need to completely close the client and open it again (it can happen 3-5 times). Also always check if the server is down!

    Please note that, when servers go up after a crash, a large amount of people try to log in, resulting in a ghost queue:

    Ghost queue or invisible queue is a queue with a longer time taken to get into the game as the servers need to process everyone trying to log in at the same time. You may experience it usually when the servers are back up after a maintenance or a server crash when a surge of people trying to get into the game instantly. When it says "Logging in..." just give it some time. It will takes a few minutes to get into the game.

  7. I was doing the heatran quest I was killing npc and raising my pokemon level, only then a npc killed me and I went back to the Survival Area, then I tried to do it again and npc would not let me in because is no longer level 60 is level 62.

    I spent all day trying to get the pokemon up the ev and raise to level 60 to happen this. Pls, help-me :( i'm sad

    Hello there, and sorry for your inconvenience;

    However, you will have to use another pokémon level 60 or below to get back inside, and try to complete the quest again.

    It is also necessary to reach Buck in Heatran's room in order to get your rare candies and masterballs back.

     

    Gyarados is a good choice, and Sootopolis is a good spot to hunt for Magikarp/Gyarados, in case you don't have another one already at hand.

Yes; going inside Stark Mountain takes both your Masterballs and Rare Candies, and you only get them back at the end of the quest; so you have to go back there with one pokémon lvl 60 at most, defeat or catch the Heatran lvl99 and talk to Buck in the room there, and you'll get teleported away and your items will be handed back.

     

    If you choose to defeat Heatran, you will have the option to get back inside later on with as many poké of whatever level you want and another chance at catching it: it will then be level 30.

    As mentioned in the Complete Kanto Walkthrough, you will have to do the following:

    To start the SS Anne quest you will first need to talk to Lt. Surge at the Vermillion Docks.

    He will return to his gym and you will be able to enter the cruise ship. If you didn't get the SS Anne ticket from Bill then you will have to walk all the way back to Route 25 and complete his quest.

     

    To complete said quest, look somewhere near the pillow :SquirtleSquad:

  10. I have tried the windows 64bit and the Linux but they just have the files on my laptop and when I select them nothing happens. Am I choosing the wrong download links or is there something I'm suppose to do after?

    Hey there,

    The file you download is a .rar file, also known as archive, and what's inside needs to be extracted in order to play.

    You will end up with a folder looking like this:

    Then, execute the .exe file (here PRO64 ‒ you might want to execute in Admin mode as it prevents some common issues and cannot bring any) and you should be set!

  11. So I went into keybinds to allow controller usage. However when I plug my controller in, it won't allow me to click on anything. It also walks in a straight like either left or right nonstop as if it is being held down. I know the controller works as I use it on everything else. Any way to fix this?

    Try to disable the option "allow controller" and use a program like JoyToKey (free) or Xpadder (requires purchase) to map the controller, like this:

  13. I caught an abra and lvled up it 40 lvls as kadabra. Then i learned i can evolve it to alakazam by trading. The problem is, i dont have trusted friend to take that approach. So i looked all of the rules and found that i can have four accounts personaly. Question is: Can i use two accounts to evolve kadabra to alakazam :ChikoritaWTF: I will log in with one account via pc and other via android phone....

    Yes, you may; you can also log on two clients on PC if you copy/paste the game's folder on another location and then launch both clients. It is however frown upon if the server is full and has a login queue

     

     

    You also can ask for staff support by posting about it in the Evolution Request Megathread if you really don't want to trust other players;

    In the case you do end up trusting someone else, always screenshot both the trade agreement and the trade itself, in order to have sufficient evidence to report said user, as stated in the How to Report guideline.

     

     

    In case you still want to go through with creating a new account, keep in mind that you need Kanto's 4th badge in order to being able to trade!
