There are many sites provide images uploading like lightshot or imgur. for Imgur, you need to screenshot your pokemon and upload it. then copy paste following greenbar to a thread in trade section

Like Arnie said, old pc cannot handle PRO. I suggest you to upgrade your pc instead.
