The higher your poke's level, the harder you gain experience from same grind spot level. Exp shared from a battle reduced to prevent exp grinding for weak party. NPC Trainers are stronger. And there are many more. These things make PRO a bit harder than console one to match the theme, MMO. Edit: experience gain is following gen V changes.

I recommend you not to use the option if you don't have standard one. personally i use key binding instead of allow controller.

Also it is not kick out system, but battle disconnect. you notice if you disconnected during battle you back to last visited pokecenter. For crashes issue, i suggest you to relog after each elite's fight to force save the data. reboots too, but if anyone happen to ignore system announcement and keep playing before the reboot, it's their own risk for being uncooperative.

Since we are in Live BETA, we expect crashes and bugs like main page said. Thus increasing the server capacity without thinking twice would be a lethal act. We did increase the capacity days ago. So please understand we WILL increase the capacity eventually.
