personally i recommend seafoam, sure poke center on vic road is closer than seafoam, but you can 1 hit ko most of the wilds (after certain level/moves) in seafoam so you dont need going back that much, not like STURDY vic road. also you can use escape rope to shorten the go/return from seafoam, it doesn't hurt your pocket since you attempt to grind there

All of catchable pokemon are deserve to be captured and their "value" are different from each player opinions. Thus we can't declare each poke's value that could play with different role & strategy in battles. Even a magikarp or a rattata (or any poke which annoys players in general) could affect the whole battle if you do it right. Furthermore if such a value being implemented, it would creating gray zone where players would be blindly catch anything based on the value without knowing their usages, like how much legendaries players on console. you cant measure a pokemon just because "wow this pokemon is so strong" but any factors like combination and strategy affect the whole game too. Which we back to Pokemon motto [glow=white]"Catch 'em all"[/glow] and try to involve them in battles and some strategies.

well thats alot of question, IV is individual value, they boost stats so bigger number is recommended Eevee is balanced and can become any evolution depend on their stats atk is physical and sp atk is special, which one better? no, both like 12 and 6 o'clock, usually you have to choose one for each your poke's build for EV builds, you have to do research, every pokemon have different stats growth and speciality and we cant tell you those hundreds of pokemon unless you do your own research. that's short explanation, but for deep knowledge you have to read the information on guides by yourself i would say you have to read guides on forum or googling it https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=89

yes, we aren't paid, all money for server. abit self experience, I am also former gen 3 player (ruby though). I know this game is not all same with original one especially since the retired gen 3 players don't know new system, that's why we need to adapt the situation. I don't grind at start, just keep solo a pokemon to the end. For e4, i have to grind though. Well I have enough time to grind before e4, without exp boost or ms. it takes about half day to finish lvl 100 gyarados at seafoam bf4. and defeat e4 with my solo and that gyarados only. grind? don't like grind? well MMORPG always have grind element on it. I could not even tell which MMORPG that does not have grind element. So i guess you are not suited for MMORPG stuffs. Almost all of them need patience to gain something powerful, mostly legendary equipment, well in our term here, Pokemon.
