  2. I want to suggest a monthly pro newsletter edition that covers a wide array of issues and topics in a mature manner. Content wise this gives the creator of the newsletter a plethora of angles to go about presenting information. You could also introduce interviews of Pro players, tackle different ingame issues, highlighting a pokemon of the month such as tangrowth (for example) and explain its usefulness. There is really many ways to utilize a pdf newsletter. I think it would be fun.

  7. The pro wiki states that you need a level 90 scyther and level 90 electabuzz with maximum happiness on-hand (while hunting) to encounter pink pokemon. Is this true? It would explain why i cant find any while searching for an extensive period.
  8. I don't respect this staff. They are worse than PWO. The recent staff applications just confirms this yet again. You do not like a player, state they are immature and based upon that, reject their application because of it. Walrosskastanie was banned if i recall correctly and was placed into a staff position due to apparently being "professional and having a skill set" but how professional can you possibly have been if you were banned? If you are willing to look away from Walrosskastanie's ban, why can you not overlook a player that is supposedly immature? Why deny that player an opportunity solely because they had an unfavourable opinion or comment about you? Who of you staff haven't made fun of the staff before you were given that title? From now on I'm going to snapshot all the staff's chat I see that includes discord or wherever. If we can be brought to accountability then so should you. Everybody isn't ignorant to your biased behaviour and the taunts that come from certain staff members who afterwards want to wave a white flag under their staff position.

The purpose of this post is to expand my EV workshop and recruit potential EV training daycarers to assist me and further develop themselves in the process, respectively. Read through all three sections of the questions, post your answers to the best of your ability and do so honestly. Goodluck. Section A ( Getting to know you ) 1. What is your in-game alias? 2. How many game hours and badges of each pokemon region do you have? 3. Use one of the following to describe your EV training experience: None / Below Average/ Average / Above Average 4. Do you like EV training and why? (If your answer is no, please specify why) 5. In your opinion, name 3 characteristics of a daycarer. Section B ( Scenario’s ) 1. A customer is very unhappy about how you handled their order. What do you do? 2. You have completed an order but a customer made a mistake and accidentally gave the wrong EV stats needed for training. How would you resolve this? 3. A customer has placed an order with you. After a few days of not completing their order, they demand their pokemon back from you and says they will report you. How do you respond and resolve this? 4. You took an order from a customer and told them you’d finish their order in one day. After one day, there is an urgent matter you need to attend to in real life and that customer is looking forward to get their ev trained pokemon back from you. What do you do? 5. A customer is very satisfied with your service and wants to overpay you out of happiness for a job well done. Do you gracefully accept it or decline gracefully and accept the original amount agreed to? Section C ( Miscellaneous ) 1. What sets you apart from other ev trainers out there? 2.
