You can't possibly say a lot of this stuff is just not true because I know what I know and you know what you know. You can't say what I know is not true, nor can you say what someone else has mentioned here is not true either. There is definitely some truth and perhaps more than you'd like to admit because you're in a staff position and don't want to overstep. If you weren't in a staff position right now, you'd assumptively had something to say regarding staff but knowing you, would've kept it to yourself. For example: A month or two back I had a tussle with Logan on discord and he went to my appeal and took words out of it and used it against me in a DM. No matter the incident/situation, he should not have done that, at all. That was breaking a rule: 4. Sharing your appeal outside of the appeal center may result in the instant denial of your appeal. Staff will never share your appeal so neither should you. And yet he used direct words from my appeal. Now, is that just not true or? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since you got straight to the point, allow me that same courtesy. The recruitment system is not working. Let's use Blaze Guild as an example. How many PRO staff have been recruited and invited from that guild into staff? How many members of guilds were made a staff and if you could make a list and present that i'd be happy. There is unity guild who had members of staff, there is reborn guild who now has two devs that were previously banned. I can go on and on. But this system of taking guild members because you know them either personally or as a friend and therefore vouch for them, needs to stop immediately. I know two members of staff that to a point, harassed me in all chat because my Azelf was careful natured and I made a general complaint post and raged there. Those two came to all chat in their normal player accounts and harassed me and mocked me for it and another member which I only found out yesterday was a former staff, was also helping them. All three of them were in a guild. I can say I want those two removed as staff but then that'd look like as if I don't like them. But one thing is clear, there are corrupt staff right now in PRO and the current staff do not like to read about it, instead were are told to remain silent or we'll be sanctioned. You can choose to believe me or not. But I know my truth. This isn't an assault on any staff member but some form of action needs to be taken.

Just to quote Dinou. "My suggestion is literally to reform a bunch of staff and start a new beginning."

Sometimes a little chaos is good. We get some insights, answers etc from both angles. A lot has happened and been swept under the rug and just because its swept under there doesn't mean it will go away. This, although it turned sour, does have purpose, I think.

I don't know who this eltyyy is but said person just confirmed what i had suspected all along. Kudo's dude.

Removed*. Idc anymore. Have fun.

Since it's considered an official chat shouldn't the official rules apply too.

Officiality (Discord) As the most prominently interlinked out-of-game chatting hub used by PRO, it is accepted as PRO's official out-of-game chat; as such, it is used as the go-to player-support real-time chat outside of the game, as well as a popular hub for conversing with the rest of the community. Its rules are codified similarly and thus the same guidelines and rulings should be expected here as you would expect from any other medium in PRO's network of services. I'm not complaining or anything, but I did notice that some leeway is given for profanity in the discord's general chat. I don't have an issue with that but it does seem contradictive in the sense that any sort of profanity used in All Chat is against the rules and for Discord that rule is slightly lessened.

I was thinking about an event based on the fact that I love the idea of going out there, exploring and finding things. So basically i would like or rather, like the idea of a future event where npc's in one region or several regions give clues. These clues can be riddles, many clues that collectively work together or singular, that leads to a lost treasure item or of some sort. But these riddles or clues MUST be extremely difficult to decipher. I also like the idea of possibly having digspots to dig up clues, etc. Could also have an npc send you mail in the form of a scroll. Let me know what you guys think. I know not everyone likes to run around regions to find things but I like hide and seek events and this is somewhat close to that.

I was in the workshop before so I more or less have a feel around the mechanics of the selection process, having participated in tasks myself. But I wanted to know more about the overall process of it. I'm satisfied with the answers you gave, thankyou for taking the time.

I have a few "want to know's". What procedures are used to select new staff? If selected what kind of training is provided? How are they placed into a specific role? Was word of mouth a factor in their application? Are referrals a thing? Does your past infractions no matter the severity of it reflect negatively on your chances of approval?

OMG PREHAX. ALL HAIL JON SNOW! Well for the most part I agree with your post. We both came from that other MMO, that won't be named. So i agree, let the past stay in the past. That said: Two ideas! a) A pro magazine in the form of a downloadable pdf or viewed online, that showcases plenty of stuff. There's too many to mention. Just be creative. (Could also add those players who never did mapping before but made a good looking map. Doesn't that make them feel better and want to continue honing their skills due to unexpected recognition.) b) A player award tag that shows in-game, to recognize an exceptional player for his/her work in whatever field they excelled in - could be by helping others, doing trades for others, what about those players who trains your tedious happiny in their daycare? Anything is possible here. c). Rock, Paper, Scissors, okay this i'm just putting here because it's fun to verse another player https://www.rpsgame.org/ (But seriously this game needs a section on the forum :o)

OMG. This must be the first person I came across that actually has a heart. No offence to the other white walkers. I wasn't always, you could say, anti-staff, i'm an abomination of past experiences with staff and if i'm like this, can you imagine how other players are like? Oh and let me tell you, there are others lurking in the PRO shadows, peeping through the veil but remaining silent and not coming forward. I can say it's good that you guys decided to step down from your throne and have an audience with the town folk and being open to their issues of the day around PRO moderation, but it could also be said, why now all of a sudden? Is this really to build a bridge of better understanding between the players and staff or is it another publicity stunt of somesort? Obviously the word trust was thrown out the window and left to fly a lonely journey, which is why my first post said "What's the point to this". It just feels a little too late. Look how you destroyed all chat with unnecessary rules. All Chat is the best place to be in-game. When I was opposing the new all chat rules, I got warnings for it instead. Before implementing a rule, shouldn't you have asked for feedback on it to get players opinions about it before ramming it down our throats? It's extremely fascist behaviour like that, that destroys trust in staff altogether.

You should know by now. You can't mediate or discuss anything with PRO's staff. If you say anything bad about them, they'll probably give you a warning because the sensitivity setting is set to ultra high. A lot of these staff come from guilds, and ten to one, you probably have argued with them as a normal member at one point, and what happens when they run in your line of sight again, with past grudges? Yep. You guessed it! You get shot at, while they use the pro rules as bullets and reload for another headshot. These are sneaky people. See how they go back to your previous offences to shield themselves and even worse, those forums are supposed to be CONFIDENTIAL but nooooooo. All of them can see your history. They can judge you but say a wrong word about them, and oh boy, if you've seen Saitama get serious... OneBanMan could be a spin-off, hmm let me think. I shall accept the most hated by staff title because i'm that amazing and sincerely vocal about the community. I'm sorry if the truth is toxic. PS, I see you Sheev Palpatine!!

In-Game Name: ThatKid Discord Tag: Yami#5980 Server: Silver Server How often do you use Discord? Atleast once a day What is one suggestion you have for PRO Discord? Pro Discord needs a new role called TherapyMod for those times when the server goes down and the players suffer mentally.

Don't be shy. I don't bite. I'm a fairly reasonable guy. I'm willing to negotiate the prices but don't take advantage of that, I know full well these are good pokemon. Respect me and I will respect you. So feel free to ask me anything.

Not an auction. Those are insta prices.
