We currently only have 2 Legendaries: Mew (Kanto) and Celeby (Johto) that can be used in pvp/pve of base 600. They both require a certain amount of play time, pokedex entries and a quest line. In future there will be probably more but for now those 2 are the only ones available for use. P.S. If u saw a Legendary besides these 2 in-game following a player they are probably Staff members.

Its understandable if your scared a bit. First step u gonna do and you probably did is change the password of your PRO account & forums and if possible your mail password connected with PRO to avoid further attempts. Check your PC and recall actions u did that might have caused the compromised access to your account. Really hope the Staff solves the issue for you and it doesn't happen again.
