    Hello and happy new year. So I recently traded 3 pokemons and it said that 1 was going to lock. I asked on chat whats going on and they told me that because they aren't from kanto they are locked. Even tho, 1 out of 3 was from Kanto but ended being locked in my pc. Anyone can help? Red brackets show which mons were traded. Staryu shouldn't be locked right? Thanks. Ign : Fonias1994 Server:Silver
