    A buddy of mine was helping me trade evolve a Rhydon and a haunter. due to rhydon being sinnoh it is region locked i dont have trade screenshot but i have a PM screenshoot from my buddy. (Silver Server) Also i have a lvl 100sneasel that failed to evolve at nighttime with razor claw. (can i get the decreased in lvl)
