You're missing luck. Tangela catch rate in PRO is the same as the original games. Try to use false swipe and status moves (sleep or freeze are recommended) on the Wild Tangela before catching it. Actually, plenty of people successfully caught it without any problems :)

Changed Erika's dialogue. Can I know what other Gyms need dialogue changes and why they need it? :)

Hi there, The quest is not bugged. We already checked your variables and Latias should be in one of the 10 possible locations. Please look more carefully as it might hide behind trees and stuffs. Good luck :)

Battle NPCs reset every 7 days, not a bug.
