That's a staff member's player account. Dialga is his reward for months of contributions. So you're wrong in saying that staffs can have whatever they want.. As for your suggestion, there's a reason why staffs have both staff and player account. There's also a reason why staff player accounts don't have any icons/tags. Staffs aren't robots that can be on duty and ready to work/serve for 24x7 hours. They can also chill and play in game with their player account sometimes :Smile:

That means you haven't beat her Steelix. From what I see, you're only experiencing a visual bug caused by entry hazards such as stealth rock. That's why all of Jasmine's pokeballs are faded. No. First of all, you won't be able to teach Surf for your friend's Pikachu, unless it has YOUR OT. Secondly, the cooldown is there for a reason, it's so you can't teach Surf to as many Pikachus as you want and sell them for a high value. That will be too much advantage for people who start with Pikachu.
