Hey, I was wondering if I could change my name on my second account (this one) that has less than three months, even if I have an account with 2 years on it I still play. Seeing how I do play I wouldn't see an issue with this potentially happening but I was just curious if I could be an acceptation due to my longevity of playing PRO. I have proof of account ownership i.e email confirmation/paypal receipts Thanks for help in advance.

I can't connect to GOLD VERSION server -
Hi there. In training my team, I opted not to evolve them until later. I'm not sure if this caused issues, because my Quilava was never given the opportunity to learn Flamethrower, and it's now lvl 57 without it. My Mareep, similarly, never got to learn Thunder, and it's level 64 (just now a Flaaffy). I went to the Move Relearner in Goldenrod City to fix these issues, and attempted to learn Flamethrower, Thunder, and Confusion (for my Butterfree, to test the issue) multiple times, to no avail. After trying Flamethrower about 5 times, Thunder twice, and Confusion twice, I realized the Move Relearned had been taking my money, 2k at a time, but was never giving me the move. Basically, he'd ask for the 2k, tell me to select a Pokemon, then tell me to select a move. After clicking "Buy" on the move, the conversation would end, he'd take my money, and I'd never be given the option to actually teach my Pokemon that move by replacing another one; that screen just doesn't come up. Is there a solution to this? I've tried relogging, and that doesn't work. I also don't want to keep testing this, since he keeps taking my money. I also don't want to try evolving my 'mons to see if that works, since I still want them to stay as they are for the moment. Also, would I be able to be reimbursed the ~15k or so I lost trying to make this work? -

I am unable to connect to the silver server due to what is being said as "connection lost" but I'm able to connect to the gold server. however, the server I always play on is silver. Do I need to reinstall the game or do I just need to wait

I was changing from breezy city to breezy path then i get a connection lost, and now when i try reconnect i get a loading map screen then get a connection lost again.

toda hora meu server cai e dá conexão perdida mesmo com a conexão normal, entra no login silver mas não entra no gold

I was playing PRO just fine but randomly kicked me out due to a connection issue. So I was wondering is there a maintenance going on with the gold server if not then idk what's going on. My router is running as normal and I'm currently not using a VPN or Proxy so I can connect just fine up untill this point.

When I hit the npc in route 24 I was stuck, I quit the game and got a connection error.

So i played this with some friends a while ago and i got kinda far but not really.. i made it to the fire gym leader blaine and yeah. When i tried logging i find that my account was maybe wiped? not sure really. i have my email and password still just not the same character

Hello. I got stuck at the entrance to sootopolis. I beat Matt in Team Aqua Hideout and I was teleported to route 128. After all, npc Roxanne still blocks the entrance. Please check this bug.

Hello, I just want to you to know that I faced some bugs in my account. I bought an life orb and then suddenly it got lost after I got connection lost and tried to reconnect again. I tried to check in my backpack but its totally gone. Please help me in regard in this bug. I will appreciate your help. Thank You!
