About 20 minutes ago I had a problem with an ivs reroll, a friend gave me two reroll because I was not going to use them, one from ivs and one from natu, the one from natu I used in my zapdos to change it from releaxed to bold and the of ivs I was supposed to use it in mew, it happens that I spoke with the npc and I just had to give him accept to change his ivs and wrote some messages in the guild chat, without realizing it apparently I had a connection problem but I gave him accept without knowing about this problem and I did not realize it because I had no player nearby so I did not see them disappear, I gave him accept and nothing happened, immediately afterwards he takes me to the home screen and I enter again, I noticed the mew and their ivs were absolutely the same and the reroll is no longer in my bag Sorry if there are many errors or some things are not understood, my English is not very good and I used the translator

Hi hopefully im in the right place, I just came back on to play for the first time in quiet a while and i just recieved my 4th gym badge this morning in Johto. I wanted to get to the safari but theirs a Sudowodoo blocking my path again to get back down. I've tried to relog and resync but nothing has worked, i went to Discord to ask and they mentioned its probably a bug. Thank you in advance for your help.

I was doing a boss battle with link that supposed to recognize when the game crashes. It did recognize the first crash of today as a crash. Yet this second crash it did not recognize the crash from this afternoon as a crash instead it was registered as a disconnect. Which I did not do the serer was down. I know there have been at least one other person that has had a similar bug with medusa and Elider boss which is another you can choose difficulty on. I just wanted to let you know. I would love to have my link boss reset but I know that probably is not feasible. I just wanted to make sure that this glitch/bug is reported to you all so we can prevent future problems. Thanks for all the hard work you do for us.

I was hoping to collect all 6 Easter mount flavors but when I bought the Caramel one.. The chocolate one disappeared. Now I traded my first caramel to the guy for the chocolate one but I was just checking it out.. I still intended to but caramel again and did.. When I did though. The chocolate disappeared. Now I only have 3 again. Please restore my chocolate mount or my 2000et so I can get it back.. It was actually my favorite one. What evidence can I provide to you?

Hi everyone. I did everything about jirachi quest but when i go there " its seems nothing happened " cyrstal says. When i check my hoenn playtime prof. says 900 hour. Maybe this is about this bug. Can any authorized help me ? Because im pretty sure i did every step about quest. also i have totally 1k + hour in game so i think i already have more than 120 hour for jirachi. Logged in and got a notification saying some lent Pokémon had returned, which struck me as really odd because lending is currently disabled. I went to check which Pokémon had returned and it was a Slowbro and a Klefki. I only have one of each and I had been using them earlier today so i was really confused. Once i clicked them to check them out, I thought they looked exactly like the ones I normally use. I searched my pc for them and found 2 of each, identical. I'm willing to release them if that's all it takes. Not sure if its happened to other players as well, figured I'd make a report on it.

Good morning, I came back to the game after 2 years without playing, I transferred my account from the old blue server to the silver server and changed my password because I couldn't remember it. In spite of all this, after downloading the game, I can't log in because apparently my login or password is invalid while on the site I have no problem... Can you please help me?
