Hello PRO Staff, I would like to report a problem with the Cresselia quest. I cannot receive or progress with the quest even though I haven’t caught Cresselia yet. I believe my quest has bugged due to skipping some steps. Could you please help me reset the quest so I can restart it properly? IGN: btgame Server: Silver Thank you very much -
I am not able to start heatran quest even though i have completed all the requirements. Please help me if its a bug or tell me if I am missing a requirement.

Hi, I’m stuck in the Halloween 2025 Darkrai quest. I surrendered in the Necropolis castle, and now it says ‘the castle spooks you’ even after reset. Please help reset my event progress.

Hey there, I just started this game yesterday and have been really enjoying it. I'm a huge Yellow fan so I wanted to pick Pikachu as my started and get Ash's hat. I defeated him in Viridian Forest. Progressed to Route 9 today and happened to find him near the top. I had my starter Pikachu in the 2nd slot. When I talked to Ash he said something along the lines of remembering the battle in the Forest and then told me that I couldn't help him because I didn't choose Pikachu as my starter... Bro straight up lied to my face. And then disappeared without a trace... Is this a disappointing bug? I swapped Pikachu to the first slot in hopes that I could talk to him again and call him on his BS but he is just gone now. Appreciate your time.

I have a lvl 100 golbat I tried to level it up from other threads instructions. I lowered its happiness from 255 to 250, then went to the groomer in ceru house 5, i chose the most expensive cut, but it did not show me the evolve menu. pls help

hallo i have a qeustion i play pro now for a couple weeks my brother also played pro he had 2 acounts and i have 2 acounts i made sure his acounts are connected to his email and myn to my email can i now make 2 more acount for my self because my brother dont want to play the game anymore and he would delete his acounts if he could but there was no option for it so can i now safely make 2 more acount or do i first need to delete my brothers acounts my brothers acounts are Goatbowy Goatbowy0252 from this moment they wont be logged on anymore and if there is someting yall can do you are allowed to delete does acounts thanks in advance

Dear Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to request assistance with transferring my account from the Gold Server to the Silver Server. However, when I access my dashboard, I receive the following notification: "You have to merge before you can log in on Silver! Click here." When I click the link, I am shown two accounts—one from the Red Server and one from the Blue Server. Unfortunately, neither of these accounts belongs to me, and they do not reflect my current progress. Could you please help me verify and correctly transfer my account to the Silver Server? Thank you very much for your assistance.

So I was about to do the Lake guardians quest. I didn't know how to get the orbs so I found a tutorial on youtube. I was following it, but the adamant orb wasn't there for me where the video showed. I don't know If it was changed, but I asked a Mod and he said I should post this here.

Hello, I dont know if this is wrong topic to post here but i need some help for this quest Probably i had started this quest a while ago and after quitting for a few years i came back and tried to continue. I see that i have seen data of palkia, arceus and dialga and also the lake trio i have been to all 3 lakes and have seen data of azel, uxie and mesprit. Although i meet all the requirements and fought with statues and lake trio When i speak to Dawn at the lab she tells me that i have not enough experience in Sinnoh and to come back later... I went also to the screen in my house and it says that so far no one has found the shiny stones but i went to all possible locations and there are no stones.. And also how could i skip the stones when i had fought with the statues anyway? I dont know what i am missing, please help

Hello, Sorry to bother you, but I'm having a bit of a problem. I can't seem to find the Adamant Orb and the Lustrous Orb anywhere. I also checked my bag to make sure I hadn't accidentally picked them up already. Although it looks like I have Dialga and Palkia's information in my Pokedex, Dawn isn't saying anything else so I can't go catch them. Could you please let me know what I should do next? Hi,so this NPC that wants rare pokes sacrifices,does it mean that we should only catch them on event map? A rare form caught outside of event map will not count right? -
Hello, I followed the prerequisite quests to obtain the Dragon Medallion (149 seen, 200k pay) to unlock Cerulean Cave / Dragon's Den B1F but I cannot proceed. Upon surfing through Dragon's Den towards B1F, the guards stop me and say "No ! I said no, you are not allowed !" I went back to the questgivers to see if there was something I missed, but they tell me they have nothing else for me. Am I missing something? Screenshot with medallion + guards below.

So, I wanted to know how the hunting event works to access the special region. I’d like to know up to which ranking position players are allowed to enter, because I got 18th place and can’t access it — I thought it would be similar to the top 25 in PvP. Another thing: many players achieved very high scores, so I’d like to know how the system filters or verifies who actually hunted honestly, since we know some players might be using irregular tools. I’m not sure which section I should post this question in — sorry if this is the wrong one.

I redo the darkai quest. But i still couldnt get any rerrol ticket. [ I tried to catch the darkai it tells that it was dream afterall and i got telported outside of castle. when got there back i dont see anything. I died only 2 times. Please help!
