I have done the same thing as the legendary guide told me about getting jirachi but while doing a thing i failed to win against archie boss for primal kyogre and i tried to go to nikola boss as it is said in guide but the nikola doesnot let me fight him(i already got the primal kyogre data from battle bossbefore starting quest) and i thought since i already got data i can continue quest so i went to moon for jirachi but shiny stone doesnot take me to place where the jirachi is please help me

Hi there. The Jirachi Quest is actually rather long. You'll have to do other tasks before you can head into the wish room on the Moon. You'll have to:

-Get Jirachi, Castform, 3 Regis, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon dex data

-Unlock the moon

-Battle Latias then Latios after watching the news

 

After doing all those, along with having all the Jirachi requirements, you can then head to the Moon and interact with the shiny stone to battle Jirachi. If you need further help with the quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread for more information.
