i ve tried to re-download the game but nothing change, cleaned all the temporary file as well.

Help?

Hi there. Can you please try all of the following that are applicable?

• Run the game in compatability mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Update your Windows Version

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Actually i ve already tried the game in compatibility mode for win 7 and 8 ,

graphic card is updated as well as the win 10 version,

antivirus and firewall disabled during the try ,

no other processes in the background .

thats could be a problem since i dnt ve other devices that can run it atm

i ve 0 knowledge about it , i dnt know from what to start

Hm, in that case, I'd use that as a last resort. Can you try restarting your PC, then reinstalling PRO then? It may be your background processes that are causing the non-responsive client.
