Qeight Posted August 10, 2018 Share Posted August 10, 2018 - Hey there, the movepool is decided by what level the Pokemon is being caught at, so in your case Gastly learns Hypnosis at level 1. Gastly's between level 1 - 8 will have Hypnosis by that logic. Kind regards, Q8 Your appeal will be replied to as soon as the case handling staff member is available.
