Hello, can be caught gastly whit hypnosis? I catch many of them and no one have it

Hey there,

 

the movepool is decided by what level the Pokemon is being caught at, so in your case Gastly learns Hypnosis at level 1.

Gastly's between level 1 - 8 will have Hypnosis by that logic.

There is no wild Gastly whose level is that low, I think, so your only choice is to bring your best Gastly to the move relearner.
