Hi there! I know a few other people have the same problem but i have searched this exact locations after watching news for blue pokemon:

 

- Shoal cave(ice path)

- Victory hoenn road(cave)

- Granite Cave 1F2

- Petalburg maze

- Sky pillar

- Mossdeep gym

- Route 124 underwater ( same location as special weed)

- Route 123 (south of Mt.pyre)

- Devon corporation 3F

- Route 134

 

and still couldnt find Latios. Is there by any chance a bug for me? Or could you help me?

Hi there. The locations are as follows, like you stated. However, it seems as if you do not meet the requirements for the Jirachi quest yet. You're gonna need, 120h Hoenn Playtime which can be checked with the Professor in his lab, Hoenn Champion, All possible Kanto, Johto, Hoenn Pokemon caught (Including Mew and Celebi, seen data only for other legendaries) and 210 Evolutions. If you need further help, please be sure to check out the Legendary Megathread.

-Devon Corporation 3F

-Granite Cave 1F2

-Route 124 Underwater

-Route 123

-Shoal Cave (Low Tide Ice Room)

-Mossdeep Gym

Im not trying to catch him, i want to seen data, i also looked for the exact place of latios in the petalburg maze in the legendary megathread link you have sent, still no latios.

Hi there. Unfortunately you'll have to show us your screenshots as this is the only way for us to verify if Latios is actually there or not for you. We'll base our need of a Content Scripter on your screenshots.

Uhmmm i think you can get data of latios by the boss from love island ^^ , check for yourself tho , cause i’m not sure , at least that’s how i remembered getting data for jirachi quest
