I have a problem with the Pinkan Island quest. I just started the quest, talked to Jenny, then to the Biker guy, and the to the Department Store Owner. The next step is supposed to a battle against two people spawning on route 7, two bosses (Cassidy and Butch). However, they don't spawn for me. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Resolved in-game. You've already done the bosses. Just have to turn in an OT Scyther and Electabuzz with Max Happiness!

i have the same problem. If i try to battle the team rocket they say always: "shoo away. Kids shouldn't meddle in adults business."

I read about to have 250h playtime before able to battle the team rocket. Is that my issue?

I would like to inform you that the requirements to meet in order to do the Pinkan Island quest are the following:

• Hoenn Champion
  
• 250 hours of playtime
   
  

By inspecting you it seems like you have 240 hours, and so you do not meet the requirements.
